A Day Without a Provider: Supporting Childcare Workers in Ventura County
Join us for A Day Without a Provider, a powerful event organized to raise awareness of the critical role childcare providers play in our community and highlight the need for better pay and recognition. On this day, childcare providers from Ventura County will step away from their daily work to showcase their vital services and the challenges they face in a profession that is too often underappreciated and underpaid.
This event is a call for change — a rallying point for families, providers, and community members to unite and support the fight for fair wages, better working conditions, and the respect our childcare workforce deserves. Through participation, solidarity, and shared voices, we aim to shine a spotlight on the importance of investing in the individuals who shape our children's future.
We invite all members of the Ventura County community to attend and show their support.
